Red Dwarf Live – Update
Mr Llewelyn, the rubber covered, rubber faced chap behind Kryten, has continuted his twitter obsession and dumped some more info in our laps about the new Red Dwarf shows that they are currently filming.
Firstly, the live audience show that was rumoured before has now been cancelled. They will now do 3 new episodes and a making of, rather than 2, a live show and a making of. It also seems he wasn’t meant to tell the world…
Also, the episodes will be shown on Dave on April 10th and will be coming out on DVD shortly afterwards.
So, no live show, but one more episode in the storyline – as I was probably never going to be able to get tickets (despite my own twitter addiction potentially giving me a head-start on the grabbing process) I’m not too concerned. Rob Llewelyn is enthusiastic about the show, but I would be surprised if he isn’t. I will sit here and hope for goodness.
However, in the meantime he does have an episode of his occasional ‘I’m talking to someone in a car’ internet show ‘Car pool’ with Danny John Jules up. He was mumbling about getting him and Craig Charles in a car in costume earlier today as well…
